As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting appointments, managing the daily schedule, collecting new client information, efficiently handling client requests and questions, and coordinating patient information with veterinary specialists and pet care facilities as needed.

Veterinary Technicians
We are seeking certified veterinary technicians who can offer a high level of client communication and patient care, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork. Your role will involve delivering high-quality care to our patients, engaging with clients to ensure excellent service, and performing tasks such as surgical prep, dentistry, venipuncture, radiology, and IV catheter placement.
Additionally, you will assist the doctor with patient treatments, procedures, and animal restraint, conduct clinical laboratory procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment, and administer anesthetics or sedatives under the doctor’s direction. Our mission is to provide integrative animal care throughout all stages of life. We offer a full range of conventional services, including surgery, dentistry, wellness and sick care, full digital radiology, and ultrasound, as well as holistic treatments like acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy, herbal medicine, TCVM, IV vitamin therapies, fecal transplants, laser therapy, and customized nutrition plans.
Collaborating closely with area specialists, we also serve as the primary care veterinarians for a large wildlife rehabilitation center.
